About Enhancing Brain
Hi, my name is Ernest.
Enhancing Brain is my personal project where I explore one question: how can we make our brains work better?
I’m not a scientist or a doctor, and I don’t claim to be an expert. I don’t invent theories or make medical claims. What I do is study the work of real researchers and neuroscientists, then break down what I learn into simple ideas anyone can understand.
Most of the research I share comes from sources like PubMed, Frontiers in Neuroscience, ScienceDirect, and science publications like ScienceDaily, along with books and lectures from scientists such as Andrew Huberman, Matthew Walker, and other neuroscience researchers.
If you rely on your brain to perform - entrepreneurs, professionals, students, creators, and lifelong learners - this newsletter is for you.
Every Sunday I send a 5-minute read covering one useful insight from brain science. Things that can help you:
• improve memory and learning
• increase focus and mental clarity
• reduce brain fog and cognitive fatigue
• support long-term brain health
• understand how your brain actually works
Sometimes I also share my own experiments or personal experiences with things like habits, supplements, or protocols. When I do, they are clearly framed as personal observations, not universal advice.
Nothing published here is medical advice. I’m simply sharing what I learn from the people who actually study the brain.
New subscribers also receive The Brain Stack, a breakdown of 11 nutrients the brain needs for focus, memory, and long-term cognitive health, explained with the research behind them.
One short email. Every Sunday. Five minutes to upgrade your brain. 🧠
