Enhancing Brain is an independent research project focused on one question: how does the brain actually work, and what can you do to make it work better?
Most of this research exists in journals, academic papers, and books most people never read. The job here is to go through it, find what's actually supported by evidence, and translate it into something useful for daily life. No hype, no invented claims, no guru energy, just real science, simplified.

Every claim published here is backed by a source you can check yourself. Research is drawn directly from primary sources such as:
PubMed - the largest database of peer-reviewed biomedical research
Frontiers in Neuroscience - open-access peer-reviewed neuroscience
ScienceDirect - full-text scientific journals across health and biology
The Cochrane Library - systematic reviews and meta-analyses
Human trials are prioritised over animal studies. Meta-analyses over single studies. When evidence is weak or mixed, that's stated clearly.
Personal experiments are also shared - supplements tested, protocols tracked, results documented honestly. These are clearly framed as personal findings, not prescriptions.
