I used to think junk food just made me fat.
Turns out, it was making me dumb too.
After certain meals, I’d feel foggy, slow, like my brain was running on gas station fumes.
But I kept eating the same stuff: protein bars, sweetened yogurts, and “healthy” wraps.
They tasted clean. The packaging looked smart. I thought I was doing fine.
